The idea for alpenvīve was born on a deep day at Alta. As an avid skier, I was tired of the constant trade-off: either carrying a bulky, bouncing backpack that threw off my fore-aft balance, or waiting until a lodge break to finally hit a water station. I knew there had to be a better way to stay hydrated without the bulk. I wanted something that felt invisible—a hydration solution that moved with me.
